Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use our Premium services. The Service is intended for travel agents, agency staff, and other travel industry professionals acting in a business capacity — by creating an account, you confirm you meet this age requirement and are using the Service for legitimate business purposes.

The free Guest Tool does not require an account, but is likewise intended for professional use and is not directed at children.

2. Liability & Accuracy Disclaimer

ItineraryConverter is an automated text-parsing utility, not a live GDS booking system. We do not cross-reference your inputs with live airline databases.

You, the user, are strictly responsible for verifying the accuracy of the final generated itinerary against your original GDS display before sending it to a client.

Under no circumstances shall ItineraryConverter or its parent company be held liable for missed flights, incorrect terminal information, garbled passenger names, financial losses, or any other damages resulting from parsing errors. By using this tool, you accept that the output is provided "as is" and must be reviewed by a human agent.

3. Beta Status & Premium Access

Certain "Premium" features—including branding, PDF exports, and the history dashboard—are currently offered for free as part of our Beta stage. We reserve the right to transition these features into a paid subscription model at the conclusion of the Beta. Continued access to historical data and premium features after the Beta period will require a paid account.

4. Data Ownership & Promotional Rights

You retain full ownership and intellectual property rights over the PNR data you paste and the agency branding (logos) you upload.

By uploading your agency logo and utilizing the Premium service, you grant ItineraryConverter a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your agency's logo on our website or promotional materials strictly for the purpose of showcasing you as a user of our platform.

5. Acceptable Use & Fair Usage

We do not currently impose hard limits on the number of itineraries you can convert during normal, manual business operations. However, automated scripting, botting, or attempting to process unreasonably high volumes of data that degrade server performance is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to rate-limit or suspend accounts that abuse the platform's infrastructure.

6. Termination & Service Shutdown

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account found in violation of these Terms. In the event of account termination, suspension, or the permanent shutdown of the ItineraryConverter service, all saved itinerary history and uploaded branding data associated with your account will be permanently deleted.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If a legal dispute ever arises regarding our service or these terms, it will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Chandigarh, India.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our service, legal requirements, or business practices. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date below. Your continued use of the Service after any changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with a change, you should stop using the Service and may request account deletion as described in our Privacy Policy.
